Our goal is to save customers up to 70% of what a laser would cost new.
Advanced Medical tries to stay current with laser technology for sale, however it typically takes anywhere from four to six months after a laser manufacturer releases a new laser before it is offered by an owner for Advanced Medical to purchase and this could be for number of reasons (closing practice, partners separating, changing treatments offered, etc). One advantage of selling equipment worldwide is that we get plenty of feedback on most cosmetic lasers available. We hear about treatment results, reliability and user compatibility. Since all lasers are pre-owned and we are not bound to any manufacturer, our sales staff can make recommendations based on your needs and budget. Please keep in mind Advanced Medical is an equipment dealer not a broker. Prior to selling the equipment to our customers, we inspect the equipment for our own purchase. Most brokers never purchase or inspect the equipment prior to offering to the customer. Before leaving our warehouse, all lasers will have undergone another technical inspection. The word “refurbished” is something we believe is stretched a bit with used lasers for sale. Prior to a sale Advanced Medical will replace any and all items that do not meet the manufacturer’s specifications. At that point we will advertise the equipment for sale. If the system is working as it should, I don't believe parts are just randomly being chamged.
Warranty
Advanced Medical offers a 90 day - 6 month warranty on most lasers, unless otherwise stated. If a particular laser is still under a service contract with the manufacturer, we will make every effort to transfer the balance to the new owner. (Please keep in mind not all manufacturers will honor such transfers or may charge a recertification fee.)

Purchase
Due to the high rates charged by credit card companies, Advanced Medical does not accept credit cards on laser purchases. Accepted forms of payment are: wire transfer, personal check, company check, or lease. International payments are by wire transfer only. Advanced Medical offers lease options, which can be structured from 12 to 60 months. Creative leasing is another option we offer that most banks do not. How about a lease where you first payment does not start for 3 months? Or a short term 12 month lease where your total purchase price is divided by 12 for each monthly payment, with a 13th payment at the end of the lease to own the equipment, or simply return it? Check with your accountant about the latest section 179 and bonus depreciation laws. You may be able to depreciate your total purchase amount all in one year.
Training
If you are not familiar with the equipment being purchased, Advanced Medical offers on-site training on all equipment sold. Knowing the latest techniques and treatment parameters can make the difference in getting the results you and your patients desire.
Consignments
Advanced Medical will only accept consignments with a 60-day mutual agreement. This is necessary to ensure that after marketing and advertising your equipment we have a laser to sell. |
